Vendors, please email [email protected] before mailing vendor registration & payment to ensure availability.  Upon confirmation of availability, your vendor spot will be penciled in for 5 business days.  You will have those 5 business days to send registration & payment in order to secure your spot.  If no form & payment is received within 5 business days, that vendor spot will be available to other potential vendors.

Sponsors must register by September 1, 2016 to be included on all advertising signage.
Vendors must register by September 26, 2016.
