Friday, May 1, 7:00 PM:  Early Bird Tickets Go on Sale

The Early Bird event begins at 5PM on Friday, May 22. Tickets are sold in groups of 50 per half hour time slot (5:00, 5:30, 6:00, 6:30, etc.) Tickets are $8, and each ticket grants access for you, your spouse/partner and minor children. Registered consignors who drop off items for the event do not need an Early Bird ticket. We anticipate the earlier time slots to sell out quickly, so set yourself a reminder for May 1 at 7PM!

Tuesday, May 19, 11:59 PM: Consignor Portal Closes

All items need to be entered into the Consignor Portal by 11:59 PM on Tuesday, May 19. A drop-off appointment needs to be scheduled before the Portal closes as well.

Thursday & Friday, May 21-22:  Item Drop-off for Consignors (by appointment)

Drop-off appointments are available on May 21 & 22. Please schedule a time slot through the Consignor Portal. All clothing should be tagged, on hangers, and in order by gender then size before arriving to the fairgrounds. You will receive a categorized map so you can easily place your items on the proper tables and clothing racks. The Lil' Vermonters Team will also be available to assist!

Friday, May 22, 5-9PM: Early Bird Sale

Consignors and Early Bird ticket holders are welcome to shop the sale before it opens to the general public. Be prepared for a crowded (but really fun) event! Credit card, cash, and check will be accepted. Due to the nature of the event, all sales are final.

Saturday, May 23, 12-4PM: The Public Event

No ticket required for entry! Credit card, cash, and check will be accepted. Due to the nature of the event, all sales are final.

Sunday, May 24, 9AM-1PM: The Half Price Sale

Many items will be marked 50% off as we close out the event for the season. Credit card, cash and check will be accepted. Due to the nature of the event, all sales are final.

Sunday, May 24: Unsold Item Pick-up for Consignors (by appointment)

Pick-up appointments are available on May 24. Please schedule a time slot through the Consignor Portal. Because the venue needs to be cleared by Sunday evening, any items left at the fairgrounds after 6PM on Sunday, May 24 will no longer be eligible for pickup and not returned to the consignor - no exceptions.
