How to & Rules
Welcome consignors!! Please read these rules closely before prepping your items to be sold. They are updated before every sale, so be sure to check it out every time.
ATTENTION: THE CONSIGNOR PORTAL WILL CLOSE ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18. CONSIGNORS NEED TO BE REGISTERED AND HAVE THEIR ITEMS ENTERED, WITH PHOTOGRAPHS UPLOADED INTO THE SYSTEM BY THAT TIME.
All baby & children clothing sizes will be accepted up to youth size 14. It must be clean, not faded, and stain, odor & tear free. Just ask yourself...would I buy this? Since this is the fall/winter sale, we will gladly accept all snow gear. Please save your sandals and shorts for the spring/summer sale. Costumes are accepted year round. PLEASE ONLY ATTACH A TAG TO CLOTHING ON A SEAM OR MANUFACTURER TAG. TAGGING IN THE MIDDLE OF FABRIC WILL DAMAGE IT. We can accept gently used, extremely CLEAN cloth diapers. Shoes must be in great condition and can be zip tied together, or placed in a ziploc bag. Please make sure the tag is securely attached to the item or the item may not be sold or returned to you.
Maternity clothing must be in excellent condition. Year round maternity clothing is welcome. Maternity pants do not need to be on hangers.
All toys must be clean, i.e. not sticky or dirty. If they are battery powered, make sure working batteries are in place. Toys that have lots of different pieces should be sealed in a Ziploc bag with the tag taped to it. Things like wooden puzzles can be wrapped in plastic wrap to keep pieces together. If not in a Ziploc bag, please make sure the tag is stuck securely to the toy, but not damaging to it. All toys, puzzles, & games should be complete.
All battery powered baby gear (i.e. swings, vibrating bouncy seats), should have working batteries in place, or power cords included.
Small items like hair accessories and socks should be placed in a Ziploc bag.
Tagging is done through the consignor portal. You can start working on tags by clicking on"work with consigned inventory" once you've logged in. New for this sale, there is a place in item entry to upload a photo and mark an item ready for online sale. There needs to be 1 photo uploaded for each item and the "READY TO BE SOLD ONLINE" function must be checked in order for your item to be uploaded into the online store. Please print all tags on white or VERY light cardstock paper (thicker than printer paper).
You will receive a report of your sold items on September 26. Only drop off items on that sold report. Item drop off is by appointment only on Monday & Tuesday, September 28 & 29. It is very important that you are on time. Click here to schedule your appointment. Please make sure all items are securely tagged. Please bring clothing and books sorted in order by item #. Group items together together by category to help streamline the order fulfillment process.
